Why did the Badgers show so much respect to the Ducks at this meet? Holding out their Number 1 says it all, and there are other supporting incidentals. The Badgers could have taken this dual meet if they wanted to.

Even if Ahmed gets beat by top 3 of oregon, Wisco wins the duo meet. but sadly that means nothing as nats is a month away and by no means a duo meet
Maybe. But what about in a dual meet?
Where is Rob Finnerty anyways?
I think that he developed back problems this summer (after having run 3:42, 3:41, 3:41) and was out a couple of months. I suspect that they will redshirt him (although he has already done that once in XC so is there a purpose?). They will not race him unless he is ready and they need him.
They have good enough 6//7/8 guys, especially if some injury issues to guys like Brice clear up, so that if Finnerty is not in top form he will not really help at NCAAs (since he is a miler I would think he would need more base coming out of track than others and then he dug a hole with the time off).
yea the womens course is defn. short. they were running their pr 5k times on the track out on that course. They also weren't working too hard as they finished side by side and didn't look overly exhausted.
