D1 XC post-PreNats.....who are your top 10 teams/individuals now?

For teams I like:

Oklahoma State in first with a decent margin. After that Oregon, Stanford, and Wisconsin. If NAU (Ashkettle and Chipangama) has their full lineup I think they could challenge the top 3. Indiana, Iona(with full lineup) and Arkansas I think are pretty close to Wisconsin, though I'm giving Wisconsin the edge for now because of that excellent spread adn the closeness to Oregon's 3 without Mohammed Ahmed racing. I wrote about it, but I'm not so sure Stanford is quite as good as some people think. Place 18 and 19 in Pre-Nationals typically lead to about 55-70 team points at Nationals. That's not great if you have two guys at the level. Even worse if you're counting on the same bunch of guys (untereinner/johnson et al.) who didn't get the job done the year before after looking just as good or better at Pre-Nationals and then the meets afterwards.

For OK State, is that with or without Fernandez?

Men's Team:

1. Oklahoma State (If 5th can close the gap, they have so much firepower up front they will be in good shape)

2. NAU (A lot of unknowns, but brutally dangerous if they have a full squad)

3. Stanford (They dont run badly, but 4th and 5th are just too far back)

4. Oregon (A lot depends on how much Acosta can improve)

5. Wisconsin (Byrne will no doubt have the team peaking perfectly)

Sleepers: New Mexico, Iona, Arkansas

Men's Individual:

1. Chelanga (Nobody's gonna beat Sammy)

2. Derrick (He could make things interesting, but wont because he'll hold back somewhat early on for his team)

3. McNeill

4. Mecheso (People tend to forget about him but he's in studly shape)

5. Sheridan (Don't sleep on him)

6. Puskedra (Really going to impress people the rest of the season)

7. Lowe

8. Heath

9. Kirui

Hard to tell where Fernandez really is right now. Maybe he's stretched just keeping up with Lowe and Farrell. Maybe he's just jogging. I would not be surprise to see him up with Derrick and Sammy

I think most folks are underestimating Centro. He looked so ridiculously effortless at Dellinger. I think he beats Lowe, Heath, Kirui, Hill froom your list.

too many people putting their home teams first. the last 3-4 predictions have been god awful(minus this last one from sec baby). not that i agree on all accoutns but at least the teams are all somewhere within their acheivment level.
