Donnerwetter sounds correct. Thanks! At some point a long time ago, apparently donnerwetter meant "thunderstorm". Bolt is the lightning, and Rudisha is the thunder.

It sounds like the closest idiom is "Rudisha is the bomb"
Someone needs to do something awesome soon so we can make this a catchphrase before it dies out.
