Vietnam had the right to restore law and order after the Fall of Saigon in 1975. Now nations are waiting in line to invest in the prosperity. I don't recall Pakistan doing that. But the Pakistanis sort of look like Saudis to our western eyes, so I guess that opens the door to the USA to fly predator drones into Pakistan and kill dozens of civilians. You are right.
