I was actually getting mad at the USATF about not allowing US men to run at World's.
They wanted to include "Long-time Letsrun poster gets laid using relationship advice from the forum" but that was nixed as too transparently improbable.
I fell for it for about a minute. Gets me every year.
But it sounded so real. As in, I wouldn't be suprised to know it was true. :0)
I had fun with the Fools threads, thanks pranksters! The Concrete Runner spotted in Vibrams kept me going for a while...
The article about Obama criticizing Nike Oregon's zero-G treadmills totally had me. Of course, it was March 31st 10pm PST so I really wasn't expecting it.

Similar thing. I had looked at the front page at 9pm EST on Wednesday (after not having computer access all day) and I was wondering why would anyone care if Usain Bolt stopped partying at 2am and then noticed the headlines that had actually happened over the course of the past year. I just shrugged it off and then went to bed.
