No debt, but not much of free cash on any of my accounts. Bought too many stocks and now I wait for better times. Have two entirely different masters, so if something happens with my license, I can start in different field right away. That's an real asset (besides having a happy and healthy family and some time for running).

Side note - I feel I should pay back at some time in the future about $400K to my parents, who had bought me one of the condos 10 years ago. They never asked for anything in return, played it like a gift, but it doesn't feel right.
