I've only been to a WalMart once in my life and it wasn't that great. I don't plan on going to one again.
I been to a couple of thos walmarts.
Walmart is nice I sware.
Americans are in pathetic shape (don't act like white people are exempt) and poor Americans in even worse shape, but let's get this straight: there aren't any fricking good jobs left in this country for most people. And anti-union, price-chopping, small town destroying Walmart is a good part of the reason for that. The lower prices obviously don't begin to make up for the lost jobs (most of your income will go to things like rent, health insurance, gas, and so forth, areas where lower retail prices can't help you).

I personally think Wal-mart's new attempts to "class" up themselves are pretty humorous. Don't they know the demographic they attract? If anything, they should try to make Wal-mart an even trashier place in order to cater to the majority of their clients. I mean... we're talking Marketing 101 people.

Are you kidding me? Visit the link in the earlier post, peopleofwalmart.com and TRY not to make fun of these people. I just killed an hour laughing my ass off looking at the pics on that site.
I honestly think most people are actually trying to standout or make a spectacle of themselves. There is no way someone can be that out of touch with reality and still be able to go out and shop.

Yes, I shop there. It happens. We can't all afford to shop at Nordstrom and Whole Foods. I shop at other stores too, but Walmart is unavoidable sometimes. It's EVERYWHERE!
The rest of you, stop being so cruel. It doesn't make you a better person to point out someone else's faults.
Unless it is the middle of the night, you should be grocery shopping at Aldi or Save-a-lot. Much better than Wal-mart.
I live in North Scottsdale which is generally really nice, however, the Walmart here is just pathetic. The people you see make you feel really good about yourself!

Most of these bridge card carrying people are unemployable in 'good' jobs that's why the 'good' jobs have left the country.
I go to the local grocery store to buy some cat food with a rain check 4 for $5. After scanning them all the unionized cashier is supposed to change the price of each individual item. She takes the rain check and stares at the register for a while, then looks around with a confused expression.
"It's $15", I say, having bought 12 of them.
"I have to do them individually", she says.

Was that story to tell us that neither of you knew the unit price, or that you're a prick for not helping her. It sounds like neither of you knew it, otherwise you wouldn't be afraid of getting it wrong.
It's almost like going to a meet at Hayward Field where you see thousands of wrinkled old 1960s white draft dodgers, hippies, weeders, roiders, cracksters, homeless 2 wheel bicyclists. The little town of Eugene is full of white barbarians just like they described in the history books.
But it's still not nice to make fun of them for not taking care of themselves
If God didn't want us making fun of people for their appearance, then he'd have made us all look the same. He didn't, so he obviously doesn't mind.
