    It's the basis of Yassoo 800's i.e. running 800's at 5k pace in the same time in minutes and seconds as your target marathon pace in hours and minutes.

    I hope this Hawkeye is correct, I ran 6:30 paced 5k this year and need 3:20 to Boston Qualify!

    It would out Geb at 2:02 for a marathon compared to his 5K or a 12:48 5K compared to his marathon.

    Pretty close.
