I agree with the guy who said you're probably undertrained aerobically, and you would probably benefit from incorporating a weekly long run or doing some intervals with shorter recoveries, or maybe even replacing the occasional track workout with a tempo. Or maybe just up your mileage, add in some doubles.
Reading Wejo's article is a good idea. Basically it just says relax a bit and focus on being consistent and running a bit more.
I would say you are running the track sessions too hard. And you are not the first to do so. The history of running is littered with great runners who constantly left their best runs on the training runs. Speed workouts, to achieve maximum efficency needs to be done at a calculated intensity. What that intensity is depends on the workout and what your trying to achieve. But it is "Almost" NEVER done at 100% max intensity. That tears you down rather then builds you up. Just because you are the type of person that is motivated to post this question, I think you are 100% working out too hard. The #1 mistake people make is they want it to bad and don't allow enough recovery.

I highly recommend reading Wejo's article. In hindsight, He races all of his workouts in college basically. Back off, run more in the base phase and take your easy days easy.
Additionally, chill out. One reason wejo ended up being so good was he took it easy in HS. I was overdoing and getting hurt. Meanwhile I thought he was being 'lazy' in 10th grade when he didn't go from zero miles in the summer to 50 in season as I did.
In hindsight, he was being smart and building gradually. If you stay healthy and keep getting better, eventually you will be good.
I think you're probably running your easy days a little too easy. You obviously don't have the endurance to handle the workouts the way the other kids do. I'm not a believer in your easy runs being so easy that they're basically junk. Look at Jack Daniel's E pace. Determine your E pace based on your most recent pr's. Seriously if you always through away easy runs, your workouts will feel all out, and you won't see the results you want. I'm not saying hammer your easy runs but as long as you feel recovered they should be somewhat honest.

my workouts were fast in high school but my races were slow. the problem was that we didn't do tempo runs or long runs and while I did the most mileage on the team and lacked talent, I was running only 30-40 mpw. So I ran just a little slower than you. Add pretty hard 4-6 mile tempos and a long run, or just longer track intervals in the 800m-1M range and shorten up the rests to 1-1:30 on all of your track work. In xc build up the base.
