A high of 10 degrees here in southeastern Washington state (Richland). Very unusual weather. We also have about a foot of snow on the ground, so I've been treadmilling it. It's supposed to be in the mid forties starting Thursday, so that will make quick work of this shit.

Even though it's farther south then fargo, sioux falls also sucks. It's bad enough that it's close to zero degrees, but this wind is killer, it had to be over 30mph today.
It was 7 degrees on our morning run today in west Michigan, well below zero with the wind chill factored in. Not to bad except for the face burn. Its a continuos blizzard here all week right now, hopefully it will warm up a little soon.
In Anchorage, AK at 9:00a I ran in -5 degrees F, with a slight breeze. It was definately a nice and warm, sunny California day!
Also here in Seattle, about 27F, didn't get day off work, and it's cold enough that I don't think this will melt into anything better than slush tomorrow. Did 6-mile tempo run on treadmill (yes, I know, I am a wimp).
I went out tonight at 10:30 and it was around 13 with a -3 windchill.

here in friggin freezin central illinois the windchill was about 20 below this morning. with an inch of ice on the ground and a lovely dusting of f!@$%$ing snow on that. luckily, my off day was today.
Close to 80 today in Miami, got to clea my pool without a shirt on Christmas eve and was still sweating
Boston...7:30pm...enuff said....If I wasn't the social epicenter of the city, I'd hate my life....

aw hell, i ran on the treadmill this morning. i will run outside this afternoon. 7degrees feels like -7. ouch.
Today it was all the way up to 15 degrees with wind chill only 6 degrees. The roads weren't slick today like on Monday morning so it was NICE! Considereing it was January in KC.
Midwestrunner, you must be close. I ran in the same crap. Saturday I was in shorts and a t-shirt here in SE MI. Yesterday = 7. I did five outside pretty quick, especially with all of the gear I was wearing. Put in 7 more on the treadmill. No sign of relief in the near future.
22 degrees at 6 a.m. in Watkinsville, GA.
Not far from CHGRAY, 15 degrees, but it beats the 3 degrees it was yesterday. Just throw an extra layer on and get out and go.

75 on Saturday and 28 this morning. Man, I weather changes. It would be nice to have one OR the other.
