Roach from Center never ran 10.35. That time was a hand time from a meet earlier this year. Actually it was a terrible hand time at that. I at the meet and hand timed him in 10.7. He has run a best of 10.86 FAT. Also, he is a Junior not a Freshman. In fact I am pretty sure that Farmer's 10.57 is a hand time also (unless Maryville HS has FAT and uses it for their home quad meet!) So that is actually a 10.6h which coverts to a 10.84 if you want to compare it to FAT. I still would argue that you should add more than .24 to a hand time but that is what is generally accepted. Don't believe any 100m time that is not FAT.
