    The city already owns the track.. not only is it used by IUPUI and Butler, it plays host to a number of high school meets, as well as several road races. In addition, the stadium is used by soccer teams. Although IUPUI is in dire need of more student housing, tearing down Matt Carroll Stadium would be a tradegy.
