I'm stoked that Under Armour is going to try the shoe market... if they put a decent amount of R and D into it, they could come out with some novel, good new stuff.
UA is 80's and 90's era technology with good marketing. Their cold gear stuff is decent, but other than that... there are much, much nicer products on the market. Look at base layers by Craft and Helley Hansen- admittedly still expensive, but they perform far better than Under Armour.
