FSU women by 20 or so over Auburn. Tennessee 3rd at around 115--far back. Bowman was 2nd. Auburn girl won. FSU terrific from the gun. Auburn great 2nd half of the race. Conditions cool, wet, and windy.
Auburn went 1-2-3 in the men's race but got 2nd to AL, with FSU 3rd. Auburn top 3 owned the last 2 miles. Winner was about 30:45.
Whats the deal with individuals again? Top 5 who arent from a team that makes it get to go?

Anyone heard from the Mountain region yet? I know the women's race is over.
Glad you posted, because I realized after I posted that I meant to say Florida rather than Auburn for 2nd. Great 2nd half of the race for them.

How do the individual at large bids work? How many? how are they determined?

I know, you already said that... I'm asking about the individual AT LARGE bids... not the individual automatic bids
NAU just cruised and sat out there #4-5 guys. so pretty impressive that they still got it done...
