Uh, he has made it public. The IAAF/IOC refuse to look into it because it was so long ago. They won't even open the case.

I also have read quotes from Shorter in which he claims to have seen Cierpinski's name on such a list and I think, though am not sure, that he once claimed to have such a list in a safe deposit box. If true I cannot understand why he doesn't make the list public and until he does I'll doubt its existence.
But none of this suggests that Frank ever took PEDs and its as unfair of you to make such an insinuation toward him as it is for others to make that sort of claim about Cierpinski.
