Based on what you provided I would suggest that you dont have enough speed or efficiency to be a top class distance runner.

that's an arbitrary list, and it's BS.
what about the guy who ran 4:50 @ 17 off 25 mpw, then started training seriously at 19 and had a pr of 3:43 @ 22 and is still improving?
