I've known pro runners to run with 2 lb weights in each hand. This leads me to believe that the solution is to carry an un-holstered gun in each hand as you go.
They make holsters for runners.

"Will this product slide up or down while I jog?
NO. Almost 25% of all Thunderwear sales go to Law enforcement - Local - State & Federal. Officers rave about the ability of all out running wearing Thunderwear in total comfort. It will not bounce against the sensitive area of your body.
The Firearm will never fall out. Thunderwear has a moisture barrier to prevent your perspiration from getting to your handgun, but at the same time will breathe to keep you cool at the same time. You may go to
and go to the FAQ section. It may also answer more of your questions and concerns."
carry a gun all you want, what makes the difference is whether youll have the cubes to pull the trigger when the time asks for it...

TI's in jail for trying to buy AK-47's with silencers, lol
THUNDERWEAR has to be the funniest crap I've ever seen.
To the guy that got jumped by someone on the path, dude you have to make sure you're a good distance away from people. I always give anyone at least a few yards on all sides so they can't lunge after me. Even other runners, you never know. Keep safe man.
^ haha yea i remember that. but if i read correctly apparently now hes on house arrest.
I run on a rural dirt road that is a so called druggie road.
I have a pistol permit and one of my buddies said man you aint packing when you run on that road at night considering all the riff raff drive it and drink and use?
Well, this was a few years ago and we have a Smith&Wesson
38 special five shot airweight snub nose pistol. Now this is like a Sat night special except it is an expensive gun
and very accurate and I can hide it in the palm of my hand
if need be and also shoot a paper plate at 25yds with all five shots.
It was easy to pack running for I just put it in an oversized holster and let it ride directly in front of my belly and it wouldn't bounce like this.
I packed it a week and decided if they got after me I would just run down through the woods and carry my pepper spray instead.
Now if I lived where there were bears, mountain lions etc,
and I was running in the wilderness I would pack a gun.
