Roger Waters by a mile. Watch this clip from Live 8, David Gilmour doesn't sound great himself, but Roger sounds like he drank a pound of sharp gravel before he took the stage.
I'm still a huge Floyd fan though, although I don't know if I'd pay to see this now.
Roger Waters knows he's lost it, which is why he stayed away from the mike at a lot of the Live 8 stuff. Rod Stewart's voice is also somewhat gone, which is why he's just doing sappy ballads now.
Lou Reed's voice these days is so bad that instead of singing he just mumbles his way through the words.
Brian Johnson. Back in Black was great, but it looks like he shot his wad trying to make a grand entrance. He has sounded painfully bad since.
