tergat remains the all time sportman.History says guys break world records at 40. some of this guys who talk bad about tergat including simon could be one of those Tergat have beaten in the field and only waging war of words.

Ryan Halls times aren't extremely fast on the world level. Theres runners runing 2:05,2:04. Thats like 4-5 minutes faster than Ryan Hall

I thinik Target is making excuses. It just doesn't come as easy as it used to. There are some young guns coming after him. He also has set records, but I think his training is much different because he actually has to implement rest into his training now.
