so let's get this straight...

- you did something illegal and got kicked out of the place

- you tried to plead your case with the officer saying "we're good" and "I was dared to do it"

- your friend challeneged the officers authority when he had no idea of why you were being kicked out.

- the sherriff picked you up with his might and threw you through some doors

- your friend told a police officer he was out of control for kicking you out of a place where he was legally right to kick you out of

- your friend continued to challenge the officer more than once and moved toward the officer and was tasered for moving towards an officer while challenging his authority in a situation he had the right to kick you out of??

In the worlds largest police state, you surrender the notion that people can moderate their own behavior. to do otherwise results in being (legally) assaulted for failing to yield completely to arbitrary authority.

Do not mess with the idiots who have the guns and the badges. they will always win.

an officers job is to protect and serve, by entering a female bathroom as stupid as it sounds the rights of others were infringed on...so what's there to explain? the guy admited he did that.

sorry he was tasered, but challenging the cops in this situation wasn't the right call especially when "you did nothing wrong". In the eyes of the law you did, your friend had no right to question what the officer was doing.

We're all rogers fans, but that doesn't make any action more or less legal.

I'd say your "oppinion" is heavily biased, as is mine. You think something silly, like a guy going into a female bathroom, warrants this type of reaction?

I've been at a bar when the men's bathroom line was unusually long, and there was not female line, and two of used the other bathroom (holy shit!!!). Guess what happened: the bar's bouncer asked us to not do it again. Simple as that.

Correction- Nick Rogers was NOT arrested. It is probably not a good idea to put Nicks Rogers name on the home page when he was not arrested nor tasered. He was watching in the hall with about 30 other people. It is not every day you get to see some kid get tasered unfortunately for Nick the cops wanted the hall empty because the Atlanta kid was bleeding from the head after being tasered. They kept saying clear the hall and then took Nick and but the handcuffs on him for 5-10 min. Lets just say the cops got the hall cleared a lot quicker. Nick was back in the party 5-10 min later. As for the Atlanta kid who got tasered the above might be true.

It is actually a law that a man can't be in a women's restroom? What if you have to go really bad and the mens's room is locked and the womens is unnoccupied, I have gone in the womens a few time. Am I breaking the law?

Plus, they were invited into the bathroom by women. If they were in there a few minutes, didn't seem that any of the women seemed to mind.

I dunno, seems like the cops were a bit out of control.

no one threatened them or was acting violently. nothing that warrants being tasered. From the 3 accounts we just heard, I don't see any warrant for tasering anyone. Especially since tasering can be lethal. Cops were 'a little' out of control on this one.

but again, we shouldn't say cops, it seems like it was one cop, not all of them. so again, does seem a little over the line-

this coming from a guy who believes in capital punishment for rapists.

How does Nick support himself?

Thanks for everything you have done for the future of America! I'm sure the list is at least two pages long. Your take on questioning authority is very enlightened, I take it you didn't support the civil rights movement? Just because someone has a badge on doesn't make them god, if they are abusing their power and being overly forceful someone should call them on it!
