I'd vote for Henry Rono for poster of the year, even though there's not much content there.

Have you actually read some of the posts from the430miler before? It's really not that surprising.

To put things into better perspective, this is a kid who was ostracized by his peers over on the DyeStat message boards. When you manage to stand out from the immature, know-it-all trash-talkers over there, you REALLY have some issues!

As a master myself I'll go with SoCalPete, along with Ed Whitlock, SoCalPete is one of the best age-graded runners that posts regularly and he has a great perspective on running and life.

This thread underscores the sterotype on this board - that is the faster your 5K PR, they more knowledgable you are on everything you say, even non-running stuff.
