Not that it matters that much at this point. Any runner coming out of Kenya is doping.
It does matter. Race directors should sanction athletes who are trained and represented by Coaches and Agents that have had multiple athletes in their group banned for PEDs. That will impact those coaches and agents fees. Very few coaches and agents of Kenyan distance athletes that have been caught using PEDs. have ever been brought to justice because the athletes who are caught are afraid to testify against those who enable them.
Kenya is the epicenter for PEDs use by distance athletes. Ethiopia, Uganda, Burundi have been fast learners of the Kenyan way to success.
At what point does WADA/World Athletics board issue a nationwide ban on Kenya? These drug cheats keep adding up. Banning the individuals only goes so far.

This time it took FIVE YEARS to catch this cheating stick figure! In the meantime, all NYC Marathon athletes that placed rightfully above him were robbed of their deserved places. Add in all the other races this twig legged bonehead competed in over the past five years and you'll have a group of disgusted people! No wonder nobody watches or cares about the sport. When the average observer sees these ghastly string armed balding 90 lb freaks, they know the deal.
It's not the fault of the bobble headed stick figures, though. It's the race PROMOTERS that allow them to compete. THAT'S where the blame lies. Greedy a-holes.
People should BOYCOTT competing in, watching, or supporting this sport any further until Kenya is BANNED for LIFE.
How many years will go by before Fotyen Tesfay gets busted? It is always too good and not clean to be true.
Ethiopian I know, but considering the other woman to run a tad faster was recently banned, I don't really believe Tesfay's result was from being 'clean'....
This guy had "won" New York along with a host of 2nd tier marathons and placed "in the top 5" in a few other majors.

We've been through this a million times, it's never going to happen. It probably should, but people need to adjust their expectations if they think it's a possibility.
This guy is extra special... has apparently never raced on the track or roads at 10k below, yet is magically a superstar when he lines up in New York. Racing only twice/year, he was likely able to mostly avoid being tested while he was doing his science experiments. These Kenyans who hardly ever race need to be tested like crazy in their off-seasons... such a red flag.

They've had other athletes also busted. Why this management (and Rosa) are not sanctioned is beyond me?
Plus, even races that claim not to take an athlete if the agent/coach has had 2 or more busted athletes in the past 4 years, these races just look the other way. This includes the WMM.

He did NOT steal money. He won the money by competing. Jealousy gets you nowhere. Try to compete yourself instead of criticizing others who are more successful than you.
