If the husband is part of the athlete’s circle of associates, does that mean anyone in the circle of associates who is logistically able to wake up the athlete is acting as a proxy for the athlete in determining whether said athlete should be awoken? Again I don’t know the facts nor the rules.

I never said she wasn’t “guilty.” I asked questions which an intelligent person would ask, but that likely is something you cannot relate to.
