I would say that it would be a big surprise if Alisa would use.
It looks like she has not really any big supporting group either. Perhaps one of the reasons she was so good in Tokyo and afterwards is that she had to ease up her training for a lot, starting from 2024 and long until 2025. She had actually mononucleosis which was not identified until she shared information with another runner, and after the mono was cured, she started to get all these results.
It doesn't sound like she has any medical help.
She by the way started as a figure skater, ice hockey, and ice bandy player.
She has two women's world championship bronze medals in ice bandy, first one when she was 14.
She trained for the ice hockey but was running so much that her coach didn't like it. We can actually thank that coach that she had to leave ice hockey and concentrate on running.
