    Yeah I try to keep an open mind on these doping issues BUT… pretty good improvement. Hey adjusting to American university life is hard but I don’t think it is THAT hard.

    It’s funny. I was pretty excited about Jane’s 14:44 performance, but not anymore. This 20 year old ran a 14:32 and continued on with a 14:53 for another 5km

    Anything slower than a 14:20 (or sub 8:18) from Jane will not get me excited anymore. I have recalibrated.
