MileSplits official ALL RESULTS raw results for the 2025 CBA-Saratoga Springs-Shenendehowa-Columbia, hosted by Christian Brothers Academy (CBA Albany) in Latham NY.
Alden wins the Dash in the Dark relays with a team of three Feiders.
Fairport still doesn’t have Bubel (top nonsenior on the team during the 2023-2024 school year, who is now a senior. No idea if he is returning). But they did add junior Pacer, who is running XC for the first time. He ran a 10:05 3200 last spring, and could be a good 5th runner for the team.

I think Auburn will still win section 3 unless any of their top 5 has an off race, but FM should be able to win it after this year. 3 of Auburn’s scorers are seniors and they are a 5-deep team.
FM girls win the merge. Should be able to get back to states this year

Very promising for FM. For 15 years the Aris’s were masters at taking 140 guys and making them into 175-180 guys. I saw it year after year after year. I wouldn’t expect anything this year though.
Multiple guys pimping an FM team that has one guy faster than 150 SR… speaks volumes about the state of NY cross country. Man.
Using the term “pimping” in any context to teenagers is disgusting.
My post and the other post were just saying that they have a promising future as the team is almost entirely 9th/10th graders.
Aside from that -
Queensbury this weekend, Shen/Toga/Bethlehem/Guilderland will all be there, should be a great early season indicator of what the girls side is going to look like.
Some interesting dual meet results already between all those section 2 girls teams.
Last week Guilderland knocked off Bethlehem 26-29 but I believe Bethlehem was missing one of their top 3 runners. Shen knocked off Saratoga 26-31 but their spread is huge and Saratoga actually put their entire top 7 ahead of Shen’s #5.
This week the matchups flip-flop so it’ll be Shen up against Guilderland and Bethlehem against Saratoga. Between the duals and Queensbury this weekend these 4 teams are already getting very well acquainted.

Shen was missing one of their top 5 runners who raced at NXN (McGaffin).

Baldwinsville has a freshman (Rosario) who was 10th in the merge. They weren’t far behind FM and 5 of their top 6 are coming back next year. Baldwinsville could maybe challenge FM for the section 3 title next year. Someone mentioned a few years ago that the Baldwinsville boys team hasn’t made states since 1970s. Would be a big deal for the program when they make it. Auburn won’t be a factor after this year.
