I’m always curious to see which US athletes support her and like her posts and how many of them posted about a recent foreign athlete who got busted, calling them a cheater.
But I can’t be THAT cynical. Shelby is STILL not sponsored by anyone serious after all this time. She wants to train with a group. It shows me that there is a stigma and that people don’t really believe her.

It was interesting watching her wander from person to person after the race.
It's such a shame to hear how dimwitted all of you are....it's just so bad for the sport... have any of you listened and read the facts mismanaged operations of her case? ...
So incredibly inspired to see someone who has had the world against them for four years straight and still come to love the sport and never given up on herself to come back and prove all you trolls wrong...
she is not afraid and a class act. a real drug cheat would have never done that... they would have never had the integrity and self-knowingness that she does..
Rules are rules. She broke the rules. She was punished. She is now being given a second chance. What kind of world do you want to live in where people are never forgiven and have no chance at redemption? We don’t lock people up and throw away the key. I believe she cheated before and is not currently cheating, and served an appropriate punishment to compete again. All the comments on shelbo seem to either she was innocent or she cheat and should be banned for life. There is a middle ground.
You want to see clean races, and you just got to see one in the women’s 5000m. Yes, I believe people in their 30s can run a kicker’s race in the low 15’s. It wasn’t a race full of suspect times or performances. A bunch of other people in that race have run suspect times in the past, but that race looked pretty clean to me.
Banned for life is the only acceptable time for drugs cheats.
I agree. If you are caught gambling on or against your own team, you're banned for life from your sport. The integrity of the sport is more important than anything else. Letting a convicted drug cheat compete again is a stain on the entire sport.

She was obviously guilty.
That said her suspension is over and it’s perfectly legitimate that she’s competing again.

I absolutely believe she is currently cheating lol.

Then suggest it to WADA. For now, she did her time and is allowed to compete again.
Even Nike sponsored Gatlin after his ban, so it’s interesting they haven’t picked her up again. Then again, Nike of today is different than Nike of 5 years ago.

Or she’s just that insane? Let’s not forget she initially blamed a burrito for her positive test, which is a level of excuse beyond my comprehension. As are most of the other tainted meat excuses.
