There would be no point in suing. It would cost the athletes money to file suit in pursuit of dollars the organization does not have. Moreover, it would be the absolute death knell for GST. Sponsors and investors would not touch an organization that has the current season’s athletes tied up in litigation against the program. If the athletes haven’t been paid, their best hope is that GST somehow continues into 2026 and can use some new money to pay them for their 2025 performances.
