I had a coworker that died of a brain embolism at 38. He was the fittest guy in the office, didn’t drink or do drugs (that I know of). Not saying it was the vax, and these things do rarely occur, but it was coincidental timing after the vax.
I started listening to this podcast, but these 2 guys are so out there on a variety of items I turned it off after 20 minutes.

The thing that bothers me about anecdotes like this one...
Healthy young people died from embolisms before the Covid shot was ever invented. In a 35 year career in the health field... I had two under 50 types die when I was in the room with them. We had one 22 year old perfectly healthy college girl die of a pulmonary embolism who was there for an orthopedic condition.
This doesn't even include all the elderly and unhealthy people who coded and died during my years working in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes.
Now days... anti vaxxers blame every single one of these type incidents on "the jab"...
Even after being show data that demonstrate that sudden death numbers really didn't rise after the Covid shot became available.So they come up with stuff like this.

Presuming the study is well done, and I have my doubts*, it's really just a comparison of outcomes following either the Pfizer or the Moderna vaccines. It says absolutely nothing about outcomes of vaccinated vs unvaccinated persons. It's kind of odd that the study doesn't include an unvaccinated baseline cohort, because it certainly would be available from their data.
* - The study uses a data set matching procedure that is known to have the potential to introduce bias if not done carefully. The matching procedure excludes over 84% of the potential subjects using criteria that aren't obviously relevant (specifically vaccination site) without testing for the sensitivity of the outcome to the particular exclusion criteria.
They show higher mortality in the Moderna unmatched "raw data" cohort than Pfizer which is reversed in the matched cohort that is the "headline result" so clearly the details of the matching process matter a great deal.
