Actually, no. On the key point about the gang members, the poster noted that the issue was due process. We don't know whether the deported persons are Venezuelan gang members, and neither does the Trump administration. In a recent court filing the Administration stated that it didn't know whether then were gang members, but they wanted to get rid of them specifically because they didn't know anything about them.
It also is absurdly immoral to send deportees to El Salvador prisons without the deportees having been convicted of a crime or even proving that the are associated with gangs.

With no judicial oversight, they can just deport whoever they don't like and say they were a venezuelan gang member. That's the problem. Not deporting criminals, but allowing law enforcement to do whatever they want no questions asked. As for spending cuts, that's why we have Congress.
