Nothing says prime time sport like having your championship at 11 am on a work day. Lets make sure NOBODY watches our sport, not one high school kid etc... Thanks for the links though. Go Blue
Wake Forest is very young and very good. Four freshmen and sophomores in the top 16, plus Rocky Hansen at 32. They're going to be a serious podium threat and--depending on how many of OK state's powerhouse team sticks around--perhaps a national title threat over the next three years.
Imagine being the Palmers and Hilda O - getting squashed by Alabama after stealing athletes the past years. No SEC title for Hilda, no team title and no hope for ncaa podium…really smart thinking. If she stayed at Alabama she’d be on a team with training partners and a favorite to win. Doris made Hilda quit - broke her like one of those horses running around the course. Pathetic Palmer…new nickname
Lenmgole is going to join the 5x NCAA champion club if she competes all four years.
As a freshman: 2nd in XC, 3rd indoor 3000, 4th indoor 5000, NCAA Champ in 3000SC
I think she wins four NCAA titles in the steeple, two in XC, and at least three more on the track in indoor. She could match Favor Hamilton and Kipyego with 9.

SEC in College Station, TX Big 12 in Waco, TX UIL 6A in Round Rock, TX ALL AT THE SAME TIME
The SEC is such a boring conference, none of the schools are good academically, and they clearly just money dump on recruits.
Maybe its because I got a crappy D2 education, but I don't see how the academic reputation of a school influences the excitement of a cross country meet.
Yep, she closed with authority. Naukot 3rd. Best team effort from the Mountaineers this season. Unsurprisingly, Cougar Express rolls in to take team title.
