1. Epstein was a billionaire butnobody really could trace how he made his money. He was a high school math teacher before starting his own hedge fund. Well that's kinda funny! Nobody remembers or can account for doing business with him.
this is not true
first off, Epstein was probably not a billionaire.
second of all:
we know how epstein made his money. He came up with a quasi-legal device for billionaires to save on taxes. Epstein was paid in a percent of the taxpayer's savings. That came out to a lot of money.
"Apollo Global Management Chairman Leon Black. Black paid Epstein $158 million for tax and estate planning services, according to the Senate Finance Committee."
just want to emphasize something here.
the original poster spun some fantastic theory about international intrigue
but he was basing his spectacular theory on wild ignorant guesses that 5 minutes of googling would have shown him were false.
the truth is much more boring so it doesn't get much play: Epstein was a very good tax consultant. Not as exciting or mysterious, is it?
Lay that in to your understanding of the world more often. Look for the more prosaic than the fantastic. And use google. that's what it's there for.
Funny how no one knows the guy after all the beans spilled out when he had connections with thousands of rich people.
the sad part is that epstein was a very effective philanthropist - he gave a lot of money to pro-science projects and to pure science. Did a lot of good.
If he had been a normal human being he would have been able to hang out with fascinating and brilliant people all his life as he gave his millions away...but he couldn't control his urges.

What a moron. You don't think the philanthropy was part of the cover?

The guy avoids being charged for a fradulent scheme then shortly later is "managing" billionaires finances and is worth hundreds of millions. This happened over a couple of years. This is not some savvy hedge fund manager who hit a couple of big trades. This is a money manager who becomes a money manager for a billionaire with no background to warrant it. Billionaires usually don't turn over their finances to just anyone, and that compensation is absurd.
If you're running that type of financial operation it takes a firm with employees. I'm not aware of any such firm. Maybe it existed but its not been reported on.

cover?
I don't think you quite understand who epstein was or what he did.
your view is that he had a tax consulting business and a massive philanthropy empire... in order to get massages and some sex acts from 16-22 year old girls. because he needed to have $500 million dollars and give money away to get massages and sex from a few underage girls.
Dude. You don't need a lot of money and 'cover' to get massages and sex acts from 16-22 year old girls.
You think all the stuff epstein did....was all a cover for that.
Oookay man. Ok. Check back on what I said earlier about staying away from fanciful creations.

he made the vast majority of his money by selling a tax avoidance scheme to actual billionaires.
he did not make the majority of his money from a hedge fund or investing.
hold on...do you people think that Epstein *made his money* by trafficking girls?
is that what you are thinking?
Dudes. The girls were lures to bring famous people into Epstein's orbit. Just another bangle, like offering a trip to Epstein's private island on his jet or paying for a research lab. A fun thing for guys to do together. A way to create an amazing group of people around himself.
And yes epstein wanted the girls for himself too of course.
Wow! This must make you incredibly suspicious of Donald Trump, Epstein's one-time best friend and an ardent supporter of Netanyahu!
Fun Fact: Of the Underage Island frequent travelers, who is seen in the most pics with dead ped Jeff? Why, Donald "John" Trump. It's not just a middle name - it's a way of life.
Even ‘funner’ fact:
In the Netflix documentary, the Palm Springs lead investigator said only one person was willing to dish on Epstein…
Donald J Trump.
Trump kicked Epstein out of his club in ~2006 because he was trying to recruit the workers there.
Trump never went to Epstein Island, as we all know.

Soooo… again, those pics are all from pre-2006. He kicked him out of his club for trying to recruit girls, and dished to the authorities when requested.
Maxwell was at Chelsea Clinton’s F’n wedding in recent years, dude.
Epstein did the underage girls thing to blackmail [and network for $$] very powerful rich men. He was most likely a CIA asset, as the Netflix doc and other docs have explained.
The paintings he had in his Manhattan mansion (Bush with the paper airplane, and Bill Clinton in the blue dress) are symbols of who he / they (CIA) owned.
The fact that no one is investigating and charging the pedophiles/rapists tells you everything you need to know. Or, perhaps Epstein and Maxwell were trafficking underage girls to… no one at all… which is apparently what we’re all supposed to believe. (absurd)

You liar. Trump and Epstein were tight. Trump's name is all over the Epstein documents. Trump never kicked out Epstein or ended their bromance even AFTER Epstein got busted. In fact, Trump sent Dershowitz down to Florida to wing deals with Acosta to get Epstein out of it. You know all this. yet you are in here posting your lies like a common troll fish.

Oh, I get it- you’re mocking TDS and general ignorance of the Left.

Well done. 7/10.

This is an individual who lets his emotions regarding his political hero overwhelm his logic and learning abilities.

Billionaires don't need someone to sell them tax avoidance schemes. The US tax code is already written so the uber wealthy don't have to pay taxes. That you think Epstein came up with some novel tax avoidance scheme that no one else could figure out and made billionaires pay him hundreds of millions is hilarious.
It is pretty clear that the wealth was transferred to him by some intelligence agency as part of scheme to blackmail high profile individuals. You keep on attributing things to people on this thread they aren't saying. No one here thinks he made the money through sex trafficking. The sex trafficking was part of an operation to blackmail people of influence. How much control could you exert over a politician or famous person if you have video or photos of them with an a minor.
Because I do love a good conspiracy theory and this is one of the best ones out there I will indulge. This was 100% an intelligence operation by one of the western powers. While it is entirely possible that this was a Mossad it seems far more likely this was a American and possibly intelligence operation. There are too many obvious wide open questions for it not to be. Where he got his money is an obvious one. The fact that the FBI had him dead to rights and let him off in 08 makes it clear that someone in the US government was involved. They had a mountain of evidence against Epstein yet took 10 years to open a case then settled for a slap on the wrist while hiding evidence from his accusers.
You vastly underestimate the level of soft power Israel wields within the U.S. government, including its law enforcement agencies.
