You are missing both high mileage and doubles, so you aren’t really following the training plan. If it works for you, great. But if you want to have your workouts judged by the plan, you need to follow it.

Yup. That's the point. Build them triceps.

No, those two obsessive stalkers downvote me within minutes no matter what I post. This has been going down for years. Really pathetic.

Wake up.
Go run an hour or so.
Later in the day go run again. Half hour or so.
Twice a week meet up with some bros and do some heavy hitting. Make it social. Don't kill yourself.
Run hard have fun.

I think Malmo said it best--you don't want to think it; you want to FEEL it.
Great feedback. I’ll go back to the drawing board on some of this:
- the pace is low zone 2. I put the pace in because if left to my own devices the runs become 6:30/mile and I hurt my self.
- The foam rolling includes a 10min cycling warm up and really makes me feel better.
- I’ve got responsibilities on the days off, hence why those days are off.
- Double sooner. After a week of two I’ll add a second Monday run. And see how it feels.
Looks pretty good! I think you could push just a little more and stretch out some of those 8.82 mile runs to 8.83...
I don't know why my post was removed, I was support Summer of Malmo/Malmo's Manifesto as I always do. This time, recommending 20 milers (eventually) and running by feel.
Suppose recommending reading Lorraine Moller's Becoming a Body Whisperer over at Runner's World was an issue...don't know.
