In your example, if the 25 yr old millionaire is an unattractive, fat slob vs a good looking, jacked, in-shape 57 yr old millionaire - the young girl would go for the older guy 99% of the time.
But given if the 25 yr old is in decent shape - and meets her looks threshold - then yes, I agree with you, she'll take the younger dude over the older guy on any day.
