As long as it's top to bottom with some occasional circular action, I'm fine with it.

If you use a lot of curse words you can write a script very fast. Every emotion is a curse word. Very little thought or word smithing needs to happen. Using curse words lacks intelligence and imagination. I just turn off the movie, speaker, podcast, etc. so I don't fill my head with such base language.

Why the down votes? It’s trashy when professors, coaches, business leaders do it, but it’s good when Des and Kara do it? Don’t get me wrong I love their podcasts but you have to admit throwing the F bbs around doesn’t enhance them.

Never listened to it. I paid a small amount of attention to a podcast featuring 1 poster here - txrunnergirl. It was in a youtube format. It also featured another runner.
I remember there was a lot of cursing in that and that's why I stopped paying attention.
