She should be doubling 400 and 800 in Paris and making history. Really weak she went with Bob knowing she wouldn't be running the 4 on a regular basis.
I assume you could do it since you are calling her weak for not doing it.
Is the objective here to get into the Mixed Relay team? If so, she’ll want to go under 50.5. Imagining it’s Irby and Effiong as it stands. Her PB is 49.57 so while I agree 50-low seems probable maybe we’re being too modest if things are clicking
The interesting decision here is whether Irby is given a chance at redemption.

If she runs and drops lets say a sub 50, every other female 800m should be scared bc that would mean imo shes bck to her 2021 form. 1.55 low or high 1.54 at Budapest loading..
Sooner or later Mu will have the WR in the 400. I would like to have seen her run another year for Texas A & M. That competition had her juices flowing and the college good-vibes too. She's too young now to get serious. It is obvious from the interviews. Her talent is so immense that she could've broken the WR at some dual meet ala Henry Rono.
Just watching her now, it's almost like she is the anti-SML. She needs to make some dance videos. We are lucky to be watching this pair mature and bring their magic to the sport.

If she drops a sub 50, she's running 1:54.50 or faster with her improved strength at Worlds. If she does both of those things I'd like to see her in a fast 1500 post worlds to break 4:00. Feel like she will drop out due to caution or feeling something very minor. Like they say, winning worlds is the only thing that matters
