Not even close, even in her prime. If you put the best USWNT ever on the field with a top level U-18 boys team from California, the boys would win by about ten goals. And that isn't a blind guess, similar games have happened with similar results.

!!Would be the same in T&F. Take the best 15 y.o.s in Texas (or any large state), and they would beat the majority of women competing at nationals. Would hold true for any sport.
As for pay, I think the women deserve the same pay as men playing on the national team....in professional leagues, different story, the pay should be dictated by demand.

Her team got blown out by a U 15 club team a few years ago.

No female in the entire World Cup is good enough to play on the USA men’s national team.
Very few USA men’s national team players are good enough to play for other higher performing national teams.21 -
