May not actually be the record. The original record was supposedly set on a 200m flat track in Arkansas. Don't you have to add .6 or .8 to smith's time to convert. That would make it a 2:20 something.
great run though

Too Bad El G split faster than that in his world record 1500m. Smith is a woman.
I have my money on Christian in a UFC fight with El G any day & that's what really matters.

I hope you don't run. If Smith is a woman, that must make your efforts worthy of a beer-swilling redneck on a descending scale of supremacy.

Haha, ok, whatever you say. Regardless, El G can't hold a candle to that mountain man look.

he'd run 2:18 with out that vagina on his face
another great Canadian Athlete. Doug consig. actually a wack job but still canada has had a long history of dominating in the ncaa. not bad for a bunch of pale skinned hockey stick holding socialists.
He is not Canadian
my oh my... the myths that follow with a staggering performance!
I hear he only eats bread and drinks a herbal juice extracted from pine trees. He sleeps 14 hours a night and spends the other 10 hours of the day in deep meditation - he is an aspiring new-age monk. He was oringinally born in the deep mountains of scandanavia, which explains his mountain-man beard (he rediscovered his roots after a visit to his homeland a few summers ago).
Congrats Chris - YOU ARE THE MAN!
How is this not featured on the front page?!?
This kills times put up by other guys this season. No one in college can put together that kind of strength and speeed right now...that said, what are his chances in the 800 or mile at NCAAs?
bump
Well I believe he came through the 800 in 1:50. I believe he is prob one of the top 8 in the mile and 800.
How can the guy with the fastest 1000m. time ever by a collegiate only be considered top 8? Does he struggle to move up or down?
