Conner Mantz, “the most versatile runner in the world!”
Maaaaaaaybe most versatile American.
kipchoge has better prs across the board but he is getting up there
if we’re going current what’s kiplimos 1500 time?
That was what the announcer said, not my take. I mean Mo Farah ran 3:28/2:08 9 months apart and more recently Hassan won London and ran 3:58 6 weeks later (the day after a 29:37 10k), so I’m sure a lot of 2:08 guys could come down and run 3:37 1500s if they wanted to.
Whenever there's a distance race, his attention span isn't as long as the race. Starts to blab about field events, college coaches, and other meaningless trash. Could they not get anyone more on top of the scene and less annoying?
I like him. Not sure who he is, but he does a pretty good job.
There are other commentators I can not stand like Carrie Tollefson.

It's Tom Feuer, who owns an Emmy for his work on the world track & field championships and the Olympics. When Dwight Stones was at NBC, Feuer was his producer.
Feuer actually called the distance races at the Oslo Diamond League meet with Paul Swangard two days ago on NBC. I'll take Feuer over any of the slaps at FlotRack any day.

I think the criteria has to be current marathoner. This is gonna be a completely random pick but Gabriel Geay shared his training and he does a ton of speed. Have to imagine he could rip a sub 13/3:35 with some specific work

He does a lot of meets for Runnerspace. He is always saying something, and he is sometimes right.
