The products people pitch always solve non-existent problems. The economy doesn't need another nutrition pancake or some dog thing. The blonde shark is the smartest because she always says you're competing in a crowded space and for that reason she's out.
The sharks ask the dumbest questions like "Tell me about your background" (irrelevant) "How much do you make those for and how much do they sell for?".
There's not enough information given in the back-and-forth for anyone to correctly determine whether it's an investible business.
All the pitchers are of course gonna claim "I just need money to scale my business" and "I just need help with marketing and advertising because I haven't done any yet."
Seriously? Where have you been? The show has been on for 22 yrs and is very successful for a reason. People like it. The fact that you "disagree" with the sharks is a joke. What have you accomplished that is more successful than Cuban, Greiner, O'Leary and Daymond?

Do not overlook how valuable free advertising may be. So, even if the potato chip entrepreneurs don't get funding, they just got a massive dose of exposure to all the people watching the show, and the product is already available for purchase (Amazon.com, Whole Foods, direct mail order, etc.), so a boost to sales is probably well worth it for that reason alone.

Anyways not hard to see why you are struggling in literally endeavor of your life Jamin since a show made on a 5th grade audience level was too much for you.

In the history of the show, there has been a few legit winners:
Scrub daddy, Ring, Poppi, Squatty Potty, Fit board.
All of those have 9 figure evaluations now. But yeah, most of the stuff is complete garbage with a cute story behind it that no one cares about.

Hey, I get that not everyone loves 'Shark Tank', but I gotta disagree. Just look at First Defense Nasal Screens. They appeared on the show, and now their net worth is through the roof, 50million of dollars as reported by ! It's pretty impressive if you ask me. The show might seem dumb sometimes, but it's helped some serious businesses take off.00
