Most people don’t call a fat person a fatty to their face either but everything including the fat people know what’s going on.
People are approving of fit-looking or exercise-conscious people, but not sickly skinny looking men who in their thirties or beyond spend enormous amounts of time on a pointless hobby. Moderation is key.
