28 degrees, hill repeats into a 15 to 25 mph northwest wind.
As soon as you're in oxygen debt it may as well be August.

Just about the coldest I've ever run in.
Did someone actually complain about 47 degrees?
No, actually, at least in the Atlantic corridor, worse days AREN'T coming; the snowiest period of the winter will be earll and mid-December, i.e., RIGHT NOW. There will obviously some other spots in late January and February, but December, at least this year, will be the worse.
5 degrees with a sub-zero wind chill for a 7-mile Fartlek.
mild 61 with no wind...no complaints here.

If I was going to get injured I'm glad it was now. Nothing but lifting and pool running for me. It's 16 right now.
Didnt run in the morning (mid 20s), but it was around 35 this afternoon. North Carolina mtns.
We had 8 hill repeats today and the first four were on this long (200 meters, more or less) hill straight into the wind, it was like 31 but real windy so felt colder. i wore shorts, 2 longsleeves, and gloves and my hands hurt SO bad i was in tears. then we did a different hill for the last 4 and it wasn't as windy there so i didn't die of hypothermia. I NEVER GET WARM AND IT IS SO COLD IN MY HOUSE. but, at least i have a house. JUST HAPPY TO BE ALIVE!!
5am New Jersey 20 degrees. Ran in shorts. Don't want to switch from shorts till Jan.
