I don't know if you were directly replying to my post but what I proposed wasn't rewarding destructive behavior, it was for everybody regardless of whether they were homeless or not.

I agree with treating addiction, yet it's been proven that safe consumption sites
lead to increases in crime. The key word is isolation.
Let the addicts consume, be treated and house them as well.. provided they are isolated
from everyone else who abides by the laws.
Nothing good ever comes out of isolation. You of all people should know that. You very often spoke about how low you feel because you are always in your home with not enough human contact.
decriminalizing it and treating people with addictions as our equals is a good way to start.
