Pretty bad comparison. While Earhart was not much more than a passenger on the TransAtlantic flight she was very much a pilot. Her flying experience is well documented and she was chosen for the TransAtlantic flight due to her bona fides as a pilot.
She just sat there as two men flew her across the Atlantic for her first trip. When she tried it solo she took off from Newfoundland (Charles Lindbergh took off from New York) and landed in Ireland as opposed to her goal of Paris. And then of course she disappeared in the Pacific on her big round-the-world adventure. Quite a pilot.
You should read a little more about Earhart so you appreciate her accomplishments rather than putting her down in a lame attempt to feel better about the fact you haven't accomplished as much as she did.
