These concepts are far more important for college and future job prospects than the traditional mathematics courses that have been used for 50 years and are not helpful at all in a computerized work force.
Of course, a lot of times administrators say great things and the execution is abysmal. Either way, it doesn't impact me so I don't really care what Virginia does.
