Now that is the federal government interfering with free speech. I can see being an advocate of uncensored speech. I can’t see it and tolerating Trump, unless one’s idea of free speech is “I get free speech and the government shuts you up.”

It's because it uses Amazon Web Services. If they don't want Parler as a customer because extremists use it to organize that's their choice.
If you feel this is harsh, Amazon isn't a democracy and doesn't pretend to be. If you want an alternative - go speak to socialists. They have a few ideas about trying to use government rather than private business for essential infrastructure.
Am I allowed to turn potential apartment renters away because they are wearing BLM shirts? I am unsure. I know that I can't turn them away based on race or sex or religion but it feels like they would have a case. Maybe Parlor's complaint could be based on religion.

Maybe. I'm not aware of any court ruling on BLM specifically. If you refused on race/sex/religion you would be breaking the law because the courts have said that's unreasonable.
I'm not sure any court in the world would agree you have to rent an apartment to someone who is planning to use the apartment to organize extremists.

Your analogy is off. Shutting down parlor which has millions of users would be like the city of Denver shutting down bakeries as a business model because one baker refused service to a gay couple.
Parlor was never about free speech...it was a safe space for people to spew hate speech...their terms and conditions said something along the lines of deleting comments that weren't progressing the conversation...thus they could control the conversation.
Trump has been fighting for legislation to make social media platforms be legally responsible for what is posted by their users. Naturally that would lead to those platforms removing certain users.
A company has every right to turn away a customer. Twitter and Facebook survive on ad Revenue. This was a business decision. Also when you sign up for Facebook and Twitter you sign an agreement to follow their rules.
Now it would be a different story if the government told a private company to take off a certain individual.
