Very interesting, my goal this time with proper pacing is first 10 in 78, but even the first 2 in 16-ish (the course is a loop course and everyone will be bunched up early on), the next 10 in 75 and have enough to dig in at 20M/32K and have fun with the last 6.2 (i.e. not done).
Let YOU control the race but if you go too fast the race controls YOU. Which is something I painfully am aware of now.
