Imagine being that kid no one ever heard of before. And he gets to say he beat Galen Rupp. So what if it's an 800. Today, he is a man. Tonight he at least gets a had job.

Whatever else happens, at least that guy Raffi can say he beat Galen Rupp in a race.

The mans a King. I hope hes celebrating.

Raffi is better known than Rupp, it is not even close. [I suppose that you do not have kids]

Just before anyone starts to make this something its not. Galen was not feeling well, and looked white as a sheet. Was taking medication before the race. Probably shouldn't have raced. Spent a lot of time in the bathroom.

Galen is always white as a sheet, takes medication before any race, and spends a lot of time in the bathroom (poops 3 times a day, but like to star at himself in the mirror).

Please, you're making so many assumptions in that post it's not funny.

1. He got beat.

2. He shouldn't have such a bad day that he runs almost a 1:55.

Clearly something wasn't right, but of course that doesn't mean he's 'lost it' in any sense of the word. Just had a bad day. Besides, "first rust buster" doesn't really hold much water when it comes to validating performances.

Does Altitude even affect races 800m and lower.

so what did he run in the 3k?

He pussed out of racing. He is in pretty bad shape if I could guess.

Agreed. I'm a huge Rupp hater, but there's no reason for me to care about him dropping a sub-par 800 this early in the season.
