Five of the seven fastest 800m runners of all time will line up in Monaco, led by Olympic champ Emmanuel Wanyonyi and Marco Arop. Americans Bryce Hoppel and Josh Hoey are also in the field, while Olympic medalists Soufiane El Bakkali and Kenneth Rooks square off in the steeple.

The Olympic 100m champion and the Olympic 200m champion will square off over 200m at the Monaco Diamond League. Lyles has not lost a DL 200m in 6+ years but Tebogo won their last matchup in Paris.
