I have been wearing the Nike Free models since 2012, with very few, and only minor, injuries thus far. This shoe is perfect for a natural stride. It i very light and does not weigh down my feet. It has a minimal style that allows me to maintain a forefoot strike. The only downside is that the miminal style and lack of cushioning is noticable on longer runs; it really seems ideal for runs 5 miles or fewer.
